Kaiser Workers on Strike!

Kaiser health care workers across Oregon and several other states, organized with OFNHP (Oregon Federation of Nurses & Health Professionals) and other unions connected through the Alliance of Health Care Unions, are on a five-day ULP (Unfair Labor Practice) strike, fighting for living wages and better working conditions that support the well-being of both workers and patients.

Like every strike before it, this one lays bare a simple truth: the boss and the ruling class depend on our labor to keep this system running and profit accumulating. The strike remains the working class’s most powerful weapon in the struggle for a better life and against capitalist exploitation.

Let’s show our support for our fellow workers at Kaiser, not only out of care and solidarity for them, but for the entire working class. We are only as strong as our ability to unite across workplaces, industries, and borders.
